Lane Two

RocketServe

Legal logistics for process service, document delivery, court filing support, and proof-of-service workflows.

About This Lane

Legal logistics, organized

The RocketServe lane handles field work in the legal support space. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It is a verified provider network for the physical and logistical side of legal proceedings.

What We Handle

Service of process on individuals, businesses, and registered agents. Secure delivery of court documents and legal correspondence. Drop-off court filings and organized proof-of-service documentation.

What We Do Not Handle

Legal advice, representation, or case strategy. Guaranteed legal outcomes. Substituted service without explicit legal authority. Work outside the provider's registered territory or lawful service authority.

Service Request Model

How requests are organized

Service Request

Customer submits a Service Request describing the matter, urgency, and documents involved.

Work Order

RocketServe creates one Work Order per service category. Each Work Order has its own provider assignment and Lane Qualification check.

Provider Assignment

A verified provider is assigned based on territory, qualification, and availability. Credentials are reviewed before each new territory assignment.

Service Line Item

Each Work Order produces a Service Line Item for invoicing. Multi-service matters have separate line items, keeping billing transparent and auditable.

Provider Standards

How RocketServe providers operate

No legal guarantees. RocketServe coordinates field work and maintains organized records. The platform does not guarantee successful service, acceptance by a court, or favorable legal outcomes. Providers follow applicable jurisdictional rules for lawful service.

Provider Verification

Process service providers are reviewed for territory eligibility, jurisdictional knowledge, and compliance with applicable registration requirements before becoming assignment-eligible.

Jurisdiction Compliance

Providers are expected to know and follow the rules for lawful service in each county and state they serve. RocketServe maintains territory-level qualification records per provider.
